Founding Eval Engineer

We're hiring a Founding Eval Engineer to help us build the next generation of the Natton platform. You'll work directly with our research + engineering leads on production systems that ship to frontier AI labs and enterprises in healthcare, finance and the public sector.

What you'll do

• Own a meaningful part of a production AI system.
• Work cross-functionally with research, design and operations.
• Ship to real customers within weeks of joining.
• Mentor + recruit teammates as we scale.

What we're looking for

• 4+ years of relevant production experience.
• Strong fundamentals in your craft + curiosity for what's adjacent.
• Direct, kind, action-oriented communication.
• Comfort with ambiguity + writing things down.
