This Privacy Policy explains how Natton.ai handles personal information across our website, products and contributor platform.

Introduction

Natton AI Technologies Pvt. Ltd. ("Natton", "we", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy of all individuals who interact with our services. This policy applies to www.natton.ai, our admin console, our contributor platform and any integration we operate. Where local law provides stronger rights, those apply.

Data we collect

Contact + account data: name, email, company, role, payment details where applicable.

Customer data: any data you upload for annotation, evaluation, training or moderation, processed strictly under our Data Processing Agreement.

Contributor data: identity verification, language certifications, work history, payouts, quality scores.

Usage data: log files, device + browser info, analytics events (per our cookie policy).

How we use data

We use personal data to provide our services, fulfill contracts, comply with legal obligations and, with explicit consent, send product communications. We do not sell personal data.

For customer data, we process strictly per your instructions and our DPA. For contributor data, we process to operate the marketplace, manage payouts and ensure quality.

Sharing + sub-processors

We share data with carefully vetted sub-processors (cloud infrastructure, payment providers, email + analytics tooling) under contracts that meet GDPR + DPDP standards. A current list is available via our security contact form.

Retention

We retain personal data only as long as needed for the purpose collected, then delete or anonymise. Specific retention periods are described in our DPA + contributor agreement.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you have rights to access, rectify, delete, restrict, port or object to processing of your personal data. Exercise these by emailing privacy@natton.ai. We respond within 30 days.

International transfers

We use Standard Contractual Clauses (EU + UK) and equivalent mechanisms (e.g. DPDP) for cross-border data transfers. For sovereign deployments, data stays in-country.
