Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Natton.ai website or services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you don't agree, do not use the services.

Natton.ai provides AI data, training, evaluation, operations and applied AI services as described on our website. Specific commercial terms are set out in individual order forms or master service agreements.

You may not use our services for any unlawful purpose, to harm minors, to infringe intellectual property, to introduce malware, to violate privacy, or to attempt to bypass security controls.

All website content, branding and software are the property of Natton or its licensors. Customer data remains the property of the customer, subject to limited licenses we need to perform the services.

Fees, payment terms and refund policies are set out in your order form or master service agreement. Late payments accrue interest at the rate permitted by applicable law.

Services are provided "as is" except as expressly warranted in your master service agreement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages. Aggregate liability is capped at fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim, except for breaches of confidentiality, IP or indemnity obligations.

Either party may terminate for material breach with 30 days' notice and opportunity to cure. Customer data is returned or deleted per the master service agreement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, except where local consumer law provides otherwise.

We may update these Terms with 30 days' notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
